CAMINHOS

A exposição Caminhos é o resultado do reencontro das artistas e amigas Cullum Writer e Sunset Quinnell, de suas afinidades, sintonias e prazer de trabalharem juntas.

Tendo  em vista recente descoberta e aprofundamento na seara de um caminho espiritual, Sunset criou alguns trabalho buscando modelar imagens que representavam as idéias que muito lhe tocavam a sensibilidade no seu estudo/aprendizagem espírita.

Alguns exercícios foram feitos e do grupo destas esculturas modeladas, Sunset apresenta em Caminhos as peças: Bendito Consolador e Derrama seu Amor sobre minha Dor.

Solitude é a última escutura que compõe o grupo desta exposição que embora não tenha sido criada neste momento foi modelada no período anterior quando a artista ja iniciava seu mergulho na solidão da alma.

Cullum Writer foi convidada a criar junto esta exposição cuja proposta seria as relações com o Divino e nos presenteia com esta série de lindos desenhos digitais trabalhados com muita graça e harmonia, como característica de sua arte.

Fé e Esperança, Centelha Divina, Caridade, Liberdade, Luz  Divina, Alívio do Coração, são alguns exemplos das 12 peças que a artista trás para esta apresentação que tem como carro chefe em tamanho gigante o quadro Nosso Lar, imagem estilizada e muito sofisticada tirada do filme Nosso Lar de Chico Xavier.

Para os que gostam de se conectar e buscar entender  a mensagem da artista, Cullum é um prato cheio pois seus quadros são repletos de imagens a serem decifradas por mentes irriquietas e que buscam compreensão de tudo inclusive  da própria vida.

A exposição possui dois andares;  depois de visitar o terreo basta usar o teleporte que se encontra disponivel no salão do primeiro andar que você será diretamente levado ao segundo andar que foi carinhosamente apelidado de “Plano Superior”onde poderão ser encontrados mais quadros e esculturas.

Lembramos a todos aqueles que preferem deixar seus avatares parados e explorar os espaços apenas com a camera,que a arte imersiva (dos mundos virtuais) fica muito mais emocionantes quando apreciadas com o olhar do próprio avatar, tendo que dizer, no entanto  que rodar a vista com a camera para observar os trabalhos de vários ângulos é absolutamente necessário e divertido.

WAYS

WAYS  exhibition is the result of the reunion of the artists and friends Cullum Writer and Sunset Quinnell, of their affinities, tunings and pleasure to work together.
Having recently discovered and deepened in the area of ​​a spiritual path, Sunset created some pieces seeking to model images that represented the ideas that touched her sensibility in her Spiritism’s study / learning .
Some exercises were made and from the group of these sculptures modeled, Sunset presents in WAYS the pieces: Blessed Comforter and Pour Your Love over my Pain.
Solitude is the last sculpture that composes the group of this exhibition that although it was not created at the moment was modeled in the previous period when the artist already began its dip in the solitude of the soul.
Cullum Writer was invited to create together this exhibition whose proposal would be the relations with the Divine and presents us with this series of beautiful digital drawings worked with much grace and harmony, as a characteristic of her art.
Faith and Hope, Divine Spark, Charity, Freedom, Divine Light, Relief of the Heart, are some examples of the 12 pieces that the artist brings to this presentation that has as giant feature Nosso Lar picture, a very sophisticated and stylized image taken of the film Nosso Lar by Chico Xavier.
For those who like to connect and seek to understand the message of the artist, Cullum is a must , her paintings are full of images to be deciphered by restless minds and those who seek understanding of everything including life itself.
The exhibition has two floors; after visiting the ground, just use the teleport that is available in the hall on the first floor that you will be directly taken to the second floor which was affectionately dubbed "Superior Plan" where more paintings and sculptures can be found.
We remind all those who prefer to leave their avatars stopped and explore the spaces only with the camera, that the immersive art (of virtual worlds) is much more exciting when appreciated by the look of the avatar itself, but need  to say that rotate the view with the camera to observe the work from various angles is absolutely necessary and fun.

SHOW ASA BRANCA

Dando prosseguimento ao projeto do grupo Amazon Rainforest- Amazon Dancers de mostrar para os residentes do Second Life a cultura brasileira através de shows de dança e música, a diretora artística Mcpol Kamachi trás o show ASA BRANCA.

A apresentação tem a duração de 50 minutos e é dividida em 5 atos, onde o grupo apresenta um pouco da realidade e história do povo do nordeste do país (nordestinos).

O primeiro ato é Lampião e Maria Bonita, que conta a história do famoso casal que viveu no sertão do nordeste nas décadas de 20 e 30 e que até hoje divide as opiniões dos brasileiros, quando muitos os consideram bandidos violentos e outros o resultado de uma injusta e cruel discriminação social e racial existente naquela região. 

O segundo ato é Os Retirantes, que mostra a triste realidade daqueles que moram no sertão nordestino, quando precisam abandonar sua terra natal por causa da falta d’água e da miséria.

O terceiro ato é O Cordel, literatura popular do nordeste, apresentada em folhetos e panfletos, que para ser vendida eram pendurada em cordas.  Impressos normalmente em preto e branco e ilustrado com xilogravuras.

 
O quarto ato é O Forró, ritmo de dança típico do nordeste. É uma mistura de ritmos musicais que até hoje vem sofrendo modificações e adaptações, chegando mesmo a ser apresentado com instrumentos musicais muito sofisticados.
É uma dança bastante sensual e até um pouco maliciosa exigindo dos parceiros bastante cumplicidade.
Existe uma teoria de que a palavra FORRÓ vem do termo inglês FOR ALL (para todos), devido a festas populares organizadas pelos americanos na base aérea na cidade de Natal (Rio Grande do Norte), durante a 2ª Guerra Mundial.

O quinto ato é Os Bonecos, uma alusão ao evento carnavalesco da cidade do Recife (Pernambuco). Tradição vinda da Europa, apareceu inicialmente na cidade de Belém do São Francisco com a criação dos primeiros bonecos gigantes: Zé Pereira e Vitalina. Mas foi quando chegou na capital do estado (Recife) que tomou as proporções que conhecemos hoje. Os primeiros bonecos de Recife, feitos em madeira e papel machê, foram O Homem da Meia Noite e a Mulher do Meio Dia.
Hoje são mais de 80 bonecos criados com técnicas mais evoluídas, que homenageiam celebridades brasileiras e internacionais, trazendo muita alegria e estilo ao carnaval do nordeste.

WHITE WING SHOW 

Pursuing the group Amazon Rainforest - Amazon Dancers project,  to present  Second Life’s Brazilian culture through dance and music displays, artistic director Mcpol Kamachi brings the WHITE WINGS (ASA BRANCA) show.

The presentation lasts 50 minutes and is divided into five acts, where the group shows a bit of reality and history of the northeast people (northeastern).

The first act is Lampião and Maria Bonita, which tells the story of the famous couple who lived in the northeast backwoods in the 20s and 30s and that still divides opinions among Brazilians when many considers them as  violent thugs and other the result of  an unfair and cruel social and racial discrimination existing  in the region.

The second act is Refugees (Retirantes), shows the sad reality of those who live in the northeastern backlands and need to leave their homeland because of water shortages and misery.

 

The third act is the Cordel, popular literature of the northeast, booklets and leaflets were hanging from ropes to be sold. They are usually presented in black and white and illustrated with woodcuts.

The fourth act is the Forró, typical Northeast dance beat. It is a mixture of musical rhythms and has undergone changes and adaptations to this days even be presented with very sophisticated musical instruments. It is a very sensual dance and even mischievous requiring partners quite complicity.
There is a theory that the word comes from English  FOR ALL term (for everyone) due to festivals organized by the American air base in Natal (Rio Grande do Norte) during the 2nd World War.

The fifth act The Dolls are an allusion to the carnival event in Recife (Pernambuco). The tradition came from Europe first appeared in the city of Belém de São Francisco with the creation of the first giant puppets Zé Pereira and Vitalina. But it was when it arrived in the state capital (Recife) which took the proportions we know today. The first Recife dolls made of wood and papier-mâché were The Midnight Man and Midday Woman.
Today there are more than 80 giant dolls created with more advanced techniques honoring Brazilian and international celebrities and bring joy and style to northeast Carnival.

BRASIL RAÇAS E CORES

É relativamente grande o número de grupos de dança que apresentam produções bastante sofisticadas no Second Life.
Há tempos esta modalidade das artes em mundo virtuais tem nos chamado atenção pela graça dos movimentos sincronizados de seus dançarinos bem como os belos e sofisticados cenários criados para as apresentações.
Qual foi nossa surpresa quando fomos convidados para assistir uma produção brasileira de danças e músicas pois nunca tivemos a oportunidade de assistir um trabalho assim criado e coordenado por brasileiros.....ficamos hiper animados e não resistimos em pedir permissão para entrar e participar do grupo.
O Amazon Dancers faz parte do grupo Amazon Rainforest (Floresta Tropical da Amazônia), criado por Ariranha Brazil (bomxxx avedon) e Neiva Adored Avedon (neivacardoso adored) para divulgar no Second Life a cultura brasileira principalmente da região norte e nordeste do Brasil.
Os shows são criados, produzidos e dirigidos por Mcpol Kamachi (mcpol kamachi), carioca que mora no interior de São Paulo, professora de artes, trabalha com desenho gráfico e é pintora; uma apaixonada pela dança, com a qual já esteve envolvida na vida real, e hoje é seu principal foco no Second Life dirigindo os grupos Amazon Dancers e o Breezes (outro grupo de danças com pessoas de várias nacionalidades).
O grupo Amazon Dancers é composto hoje por aproximadamente 11 dançarinos, todos brasileiros exceto um que é português .
O show que será apresentado no próximo domingo dia 7 de junho de 2015 no Second Life  é o BRASIL RAÇAS E CORES, que mostra um pouquinho da cultura brasileira através da música e cenários representativos.
O Show possui  4 atos:
O primeiro ato é o Guarani .  Inspirado na opera clássico brasileira mais famosa, composto por Carlos Gomes e adaptada do romance de José de Alencar.
O segundo ato é o Trenzinho Caipira representando a música e a alegria do povo do interior.
O terceiro ato é a Aquarela, uma das principais marcas registradas brasileira no exterior. É apresentado com as cores da bandeira brasileira e com um dos ritmos que mais encanta os estrangeiros... O samba.
O quarto e último ato é o Boi, dança do folclore popular brasileiro, com personagens humanos e animais fantásticos que conta a lenda sobre a morte e ressurreição de um boi.
Boa música brasileira, muitas cores e muita diversão não vão faltar para aqueles que vierem assistir ao show!!!

BRAZIL RACES AND COLORS

It is relatively large number of dance groups with quite sophisticated productions in Second Life.
It has been a while this mode of art in virtual world has called attention by the grace of synchronized movements of the dancers and also the beauty of the scenarios created for presentations.
What was our surprise when we were invited to watch a Brazilian dance production because we never had the opportunity to attend a show created and coordinated by Brazilian people..... we were so excited  and could not resist to ask permission to enter and participate in the group.
Amazon Dancers is part of the Amazon Rainforest group, created by Ariranha Brazil (bomxxx avedon) and Neiva Adored Avedon (neivacardoso adored)  to present  in Second Life Brazilian culture mainly from northern and northeastern Brazil.
The shows are created, produced and directed by Mcpol Kamachi (mcpol kamachi), born in Rio de Janeiro  and lives in São Paulo Interior, art teacher, works in graphic design and a painter; a dance passionate, has been involved with dance in real life and is now her main focus in Second Life working with the Amazon Dancers groups and the Breezes (another group of dances with people with several nationalities).
Amazon Dancers group consists today of about 11 dancers, all Brazilians but one who is Portuguese.
The show will be presented on Sunday June 7, 2015 in Second Life is called BRAZIL RACES AND COLORS, which is a little bit of Brazilian culture through music and representative scenarios.
The show has four acts:
The first act is the Guarani. Inspired by the most famous Brazilian classic opera, composed by Carlos Gomes and adapted from José de Alencar’s novel.
The second act is the Little Country Train representing the music and the joy of the country people.
The third act is the Aquarela, a leading Brazilian trademarks abroad. It is displayed with the colors of the Brazilian flag and with one of the rhythms that most enchants foreigners ... The samba.
The fourth and final act is the Ox, Brazilian popular folklore, with human and fantastic animals’ characters that tells the legend about the death and resurrection of an ox.
Brazilian good music, many colors and lots of fun will have those who will attend the show !!!
